*Notes:
1) When using any of the allowance packages, the user will be charged the "Standard Plan" prices when using services (Voice, Streaming, ISDN) outside of the allowance, with exception of background IP.  Monthly fees that apply to the "Standard Plan" do not apply to the Allowance Packages.
2) The “Bronze Package” is a 3-month commitment.  The “Silver Package” is a 6-month commitment.  The “Gold” and “Platinum” Packages are 12-month commitments.  Once initial commitment has been fulfilled, customer has the option to move to the “Standard Plan”.  SIM card will need to be reactivated for this change in billing. Customer can upgrade from their package to any higher-level package (i.e. Bronze to Silver) at any time but can downgrade only after initial commitment has been fulfilled.  The commitment term resets at time of upgrade.

*Notes:
1) All Anytime Packages must be prepaid.
2) With the Anytime packages, the user will be charged the "Standard Plan" prices when using services (Voice, Streaming, ISDN) outside of the allowance, with exception of background IP.  Background IP is charged at the per MB rate indicated in the table.
3) Monthly fees that apply to the "Standard Plan" do not apply to the Allowance Packages.
4) Customer has one year to use the included MB’s and minutes.  Traffic can be used at “any time” over the course of the one year term.  If the package is renewed, there is no rollover to the next term; unused allowance is lost.
5) Once initial package has been used or the one-year term has expired, customer has the option to move to the “Standard Plan”.  SIM card will need to be reactivated for this change in billing.
6) If package allowance is used within the one year term, Customer can purchase another package at any time.  If a new package is purchased, validity is reset to one-year from date of most recent purchase.
