*Notes:
1) All service classes are available in the Money Bundle subscription fee. Each service has its own in-bundle rate, so usage decrements as a dollar value from the subscription fee.
2) The “Bronze Package” is a 3-month commitment. The “Silver Package” is a 6-month commitment. The “Gold” and “Platinum” Packages are 12-month commitments. Once initial commitment has been fulfilled, customer has the option to move to the “Standard Plan”. SIM card will need to be reactivated for this change in billing. Customer can upgrade from their package to any higher-level package (i.e. Bronze to Silver) at any time but can downgrade only after initial commitment has been fulfilled. The commitment term resets at time of upgrade.
3) Voice and Streaming services billed at 30 second minimum, 15 second increments.
4) "Background IP" service billed at 50KB minimum, 50KB increments.
5) The cost of a Public Static IP Address is $25/month, and it is not included in the cost of the monthly plans.
6) The cost of 10-digit dialing is $25/month, and it is also not included in the cost of the monthly plans
7) Any unused portion of the monthly or annual subscription fee cannot be carried forward. The units available in a monthly plan must be used within that calendar month, and the units available in an annual plan must be used within that 12 month period.
8) Plans automatically renew unless 30-day prior written notice is provided to GCS.
